The World

Our small blue dot in space, also called spaceship Earth, is despite of all conspiracy theories neither a disk nor a sphere. It's a rotational ellipsoid. Between the tropic of cancer (23° 26′ 05″ north) and the tropic of capricorn (23° 26′ 05″ south) lies the equatorial belt, also called the tropics. There are no four seasons like spring, summer, autumn and winter but just a rainy season and a dry season.
